This is not a course. It is not a program. It is a private space where the real work can happen — seen, held, and guided.
I hold a small number of private clients at a time. Not because of scarcity tactics — but because this work requires my full presence, and I refuse to offer anything less.
Private work with me isn't coaching in the traditional sense. No scripts, no homework checklist, no performing your progress.
But it isn't unstructured either. There's a shape to how this work moves — built from years of watching the same patterns surface in different lives. The shape holds. What changes is the pace. We go at the speed your nervous system can actually hold, not the speed you think you should be healing at.
What you get is someone who sees the pattern underneath the story, names it without shame, and stays until you can see it too.
Investment is shared after I've read your application.
Not the story — what's actually here. Most people arrive with a version of events they've told many times. We go underneath it.
Where you hand yourself over. Not as a concept — as specific moments, specific people, specific sentences you say out loud that aren't true for you.
The honest one. Every pattern is paying you something — safety, belonging, being needed. Until you can see what it buys you, you can't put it down.
Building the pause between the trigger and the old response. This is where it stops being insight and starts being different.
Not four sessions. Four movements.
How long each one takes is yours.
No. This is guided self-inquiry and pattern work — not therapy, and not mental health treatment. I'm not a licensed therapist. I don't diagnose and I don't treat. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, I'll tell you honestly and help you find it. Plenty of women do this work alongside a therapist, and that's often the right answer.
There's no curriculum to complete and nothing to perform. The work moves through four stages — Contact, The Leaving, The Cost, The Return — but the pace is set by what you can actually hold, not by a schedule.
Because the pattern shows up in the gap. Weekly can quietly become processing with me instead of living differently. Space between sessions means you meet the pattern in your own life first — and that's where the change actually happens.
I'd strongly recommend it — and you can take the two together as a pair. Women who've walked The Reset arrive already holding the language — the overpay, the leaving, the return — so we go straight to depth instead of spending the first session on context.
I share investment after I've read your application, so the number arrives with the right container attached to it instead of on its own.
I read every application myself and reply within three to five days either way. If it's a fit, I'll invite you to a short conversation where we both decide. If private work isn't your next step right now, I'll say so and point you toward what is.
There are no right answers here. I am not looking for someone who has it together. I am looking for someone who is ready to be honest.
What this work is, plainly. Private work with me is guided self-inquiry and pattern work. It is not therapy, not mental health treatment, and not medical, legal, or financial advice. I'm not a licensed therapist and I don't diagnose or treat.
If you're in crisis, currently unsafe, or carrying something recent and acute, please reach for clinical support first — and tell me anyway. I'd rather point you to the right room than take you into the wrong one.
